The Paradigm Back Lot BBQ kicks off on Labor Day weekend and features the greatest two things on the planet, food, and music (and since it’s 21 and over, I assume beer).
First up, no barbecue would be complete without the best meats and they’re coming in hot from Slow Motion For Meat right in Chicago.
And the music you ask? They’ll be showcasing house, funk, and everything in between on two stages, one of which is on a rooftop. I don’t know of too many BBQs or festivals on roofs, do you? And Chromeo (DJ Set), DJ Steve Lawler, and a ton more will be spinning tracks all day and into the night.
