The German outfit and brainchild of brothers Sven and Lars has been on an incredible run the last few years, from dropping a celebrated remix of Marc Houle’s “Pepper” on Richie Hawtin’s label Minus to their hugely successful “Cranes” and “Walls“ EPs. Their “Hi Life” was named an Essential New Tune by Pete Tong, and embodies the uplifting, ebullient chillwave for which they’ve become known and beloved.
They’ve also managed to beautifully manifest their sunny sound into standout DJ sets at Time Warp USA & Germany, Social Club Paris, Revolver Melbourne, and most recently at Awakenings this past summer (just to name a few). Now they’ve taken their enchanting mandate — to bring good vibes to every dance floor — on tour, which includes a stop at Los Angeles’ Couture on Friday, October 14, with support from Adam Auburn and Jedi Jackson.
Presented by Afternoon Delight and Outspoken, this Friday’s show promises to be the source of warm-fuzzies and feel-goods all evening in the greater Los Angeles area.
