In the five years since his debut album Kingdom, British producer Michael Greene, more widely known as Fort Romeau, has established himself as one of the premier purveyors of airy, ethereal house. Though he trades in particularly atmospheric electronic, he grounds his sound in the deep traditions of disco.
His second album, 2015’s Insides, came to us courtesy of Ghostly International and furthered the development of his sound into the perfect dance anthems.
Now at the head of his own label, Cin Cin, and trekking the globe, he’s making a stop in Toronto at One Loft on October 14th. He’s at the top of a two-room lineup brought to you by Techfui, and will also include Salah Sadeq, Ciel, R3GULUS, and Ted Kasprow.
