Dimensions, an experiential exhibit at the intersection of art and music, will take place at A.I. between September 28th and September 30th. Presented by Nu Androids and Fathom, the industrial space will be filled with interactive exhibits created by several artists. As attendees walk through the exhibit, they can see contemporary interactive dance performances, follow the fringe pathway leading to elsewhere, play with gigantic reflective balls in a reflective space. paint in virtual reality, and explore a projection dome under the night sky.
While there are tickets available to just see the exhibits, the main attractions are the Friday and Sunday performances in the space by Karma Fields. The world’s first A.I. DJ is a remarkable, and mysterious, work of visual and audio performance art. The artist burst onto the scene a year and a half ago professing to be an entirely digital entity creating music. While there’s probably a human element to all this, what Karma Fields has achieved in the field of music innovation is still incredible.
This is shaping up to be an unmissable experience. Beyond just a simple concert, Dimensions could be the first glimpse of the music and art of the future. Be a part of it.
