For over a decade, the Denver Post‘s Underground Music Showcase has grown to become one of the biggest music showcases in the US. This year from July 27-30, UMS returns to Denver with over 200 acts across 16 venues.
Headlined by Red Fang, Benjamin Booker, Esmé Patterson, and Zola Jesus, fans of all genres can expect to see and enjoy the music they love.
However, there’s one update to this years festivities. The main stage is moving to 363 South Broadway for a bigger space.
The organizer of this three day showcase, Denver Post Community Foundation, is a nonprofit that supports the Denver metro area in programs of arts and culture; children and youth; education and literacy; and the provision of human services. So keep in mind, while you enjoy good music and a nice cold beer, you’re also giving back to the community by attending this showcase.
