There was something uplifting about the music that came out of those bands, mostly because the sounds came out of California, and that Cali sun shone right out of the speakers every time they played. It was the music that you blasted in the car with all your friends on your way to school, and it made everyone feel genuinely happy on the inside.
Times were easier back then. Tunes were easier back then. And quite frankly, life was easier back then. But luckily for us, Chicago is back again with a new artist we were absolutely stoked to discover. Meet Sneezy, the up-and-coming six-piece band who are exactly what the doctor ordered.
Sneezy’s sound is the perfect culmination of all things good in music. It fuses the genres of pop, reggae, hip-hop, and rock, and it has a natural, summery sunshine feel to every track. Their neo-soul undertone provides a little something extra to their music and creates an infectious, addicting rhythm that you’ll be glad to have stuck in your head.
