Kastle Album Release Party at Baby’s All Right

On Saturday, October 8th, our friend and one of our favorite interviewee’s Kastle is going to be having an incredible album release party at Baby’s All Right, and we’re amped. Kastle’s universe enthrallment and space-like tech-house masterings are nothing short of exciting, and now we all are invited to his album release party for his forthcoming work of art Reflections.

Kastle will be joined with Miami-bred and New York City-based dancehall specialist Jubilee (check out her newest release HERE), Skyler Gross, and dgro, thanks to Chromed NYC.

ABOUT

Kastle: Originally part of a small crop of American artists inspired by dubstep, garage, grime, jungle and other ‘nuum sounds, Kastle has transitioned through multiple aesthetic iterations since he burst into the popular consciousness 6+ years ago, fostering a thriving touring career, releasing a critically and commercially successful debut album, and heading up his own wildly successful label. Across several releases on his own Symbols label, the Los Angeles-resident has filtered hip hop and R&B through the aforementioned UK sounds, developing a sound rife with pop consciousness and a keen sense of melody, all while retaining a strong devotion to under-the-radar sounds.

Jubilee: Stylistically, Jubilee may be hard to pin down, but she’s always been a girl on the move, both literally and figuratively. Growing up in South Florida, she immersed herself in the region’s rave culture, dancing the night away at underground breaks parties while spending her days soaking up Miami bass on the radio. Eventually she made the move to NYC, where she quickly infiltrated the DJ circuit with her sticky grooves and comprehensive knowledge of all things bass.

These days, she’s still a regular behind the decks at various clubs, festivals and warehouse parties around the globe, but she also teams up with Mixpak label boss and serious badman Dre Skull to put on a banging party of their own called Mixpak Extended Play. Beyond that, she’s even managed to take her talents to the airwaves, playing guest sets on BBC Radio 1, Shade45, RinseFM and even hosting two radio shows of her own on Brooklyn Radio and Radio Lily.

Skyler Gross:  New York City-based house and funk producer, and DJ, who is one half of Housing-corp, one half of Jefferson909, and one whole part dance floor slayer. From his jungle and space-like sounds, to his groove infused sets, Skyler Gross will take you on a sonic journey through a dark musical wonderland.

dgro: Brooklyn-based DJ and co-founder of one of New York City’s favorite parties Chromed.

Spots will be available for Jukely Members via the app.
